The creation of standards will make it possible for people to interconnect their Acoustic Modular Synth boxes. Power sources could range from foot bellows, bicycle run pumps, water wheels, etc.
There will be standards on the layout, sizes and technology for the modules, so they can be tuned and adjusted for particular purposes. for instance, how best to have interconnections? What pressures are sensible? How best to make acoustic amplifiers and modulated filters?
